The primary goal of Saturday Radio Teen Talk project is to promote self Esteem,  Sexual Abstinence and Being faithful (A&B). contribute to the reduction of HIV/AIDS and unwanted pregnancy among young people [10 - 24] by 2008. Specifically we aim to reach 500,000  teenagers listeners in every program through radio and provide them with community based, medically accurate, age appropriate  information  and education on sexual Abstinence and Being faithful (A&B).

Provide skills and education to parents in a manner that reinforces them as the primary educator of family values and prepare youth to develop the qualities of character and skills needed to take on their future responsibilities of marriage and rearing responsible children. The Teen Talk Project will utilize skills and knowledge of participating Teenagers, Teachers and community members from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds. Invited guests in the show will include successful abstinence pledges who advocate for sexual abstinence until marriage.

Messages such as “Respect Yourself, Protect Yourself, You’re Worth Waiting For”; help to Promote Self Esteem and Sexual Abstinence." These young women will continue speaking out to youth on the importance of remaining a virgin until marriage. They will work together to develop media to promote sexual abstinence and the postponement of sexuality activity. The Teen Talk Project incorporates and supports interdisciplinary studies, peer education, service learning, media literacy, and school-to-work competencies. Through this project TAYOA will build a network of contacts among NGOs and HIV Organizations of people committed to the counseling profession.
